I am excited that Audrey is going to celebrate her half birthday tomorrow! It's hard to believe it's been 6 months already. Audrey is doing just great. She is eating better all the time...about a teaspoon or two 3 times a day! And of course, she's getting well nourished through her G-Tube for the rest of her calories. The doctors say she is following the growth curve like a text book baby. Yeah!
She is doing great things at school. In the picture, you can see her favorite swing on the left. She loves the motor room, where she gets physical therapy in fun, playful ways. She's been learning to roll and we're still working on finding those feet! Her favorite positions are standing and sitting...not laying down unless she's asleep! Audrey is getting very talkative and loves to smile and laugh. It's so fun to watch her grow and change.
We've had some wonderful grandparent visits in May, with both sets of grandparents! Audrey just loves getting to know each of her grandparents and absorbs all their love fully.
Thank you for your continued prayers and good thoughts. We're hoping for her continued good health and eating progress.
