5 Months Old!!

Hello Friends~~~~
We just wanted to say hello and thank you so much for your support, prayers, and love!
Audrey has had a busy month. She is now over 5 months old! She has visibly filled in and is now 13 pounds. Today we visited the cardiologist and he said she is doing well with weight gain and growth. He said he doesn't need to go back for 6 months because her heart seems to be doing well as-is -- murmur and all. We're so thankful for that news! He said most VSD's close in the first three years of life, so we'll just continue to follow her and see if she continues to grow and thrive, as she has been so far. We also got a clean bill of health on Audrey's kidneys and bladder. No wilms tumor so far...we'll continue to check every three months. We know your prayers are helping Audrey, so please continue!!
G-tube feeding has gotten much easier -- we could probably do it in our sleep now...and sometimes that's almost the case!
Audrey just went with her mom to Payson, Arizona to attend Great Grandpa Mueller's funeral. Grandpa was 90 years old and died in his sleep. He was a very fun family man who loved horses and the outdoors. We will miss him, but know he's in a better place. Audrey was a great little traveler. She did well on the airplane there and in the car with her Grammy and Papa Jacobson on the way back. It's amazing how she can adjust to changes in schedule and lots of new places/sounds/voices. She was able to meet so many of her aunts and uncles and cousins. She also got to practice sitting in a saddle and touching a horse at her Auntie Robin's ranch.
Audrey having so much fun playing. She is grabbing toys with her hands and laughing and smiling often. She loves music and movement. It is just amazing to see her grow and learn every day. Oh, she's also doing well with eating by mouth! Grammy is making it a priority to feed her baby food three times a day and it is helping her progress!
Well, thank you again for all of your love and support. We are so thankful for each of you.
